MIRPAIN Pastry Additive is used in production of cakes, sponge cakes and swiss rolls. It has a role of emulsifier which allows to have a homogeneous mixture and also it helps to increase the volume and the shelf life of the product. It may decrease the quantity of egg use.

COLD GLAZE

MIRPAIN Cold Glaze is used for covering Cakes, tarts and charlottes in order to give a good color. The transparent is mostly used on the fruit cake decorations to keep the fruit look and taste fresh & smooth.

DECORATION TOPPING
